Policies + Care Instructions

All items are made-to-order, unless stated. Please allow 3-5 business days from receipt of payment before your order is shipped.


I currently accept payment through PayPal – if you don’t have an account you can still pay using a Debit or Credit Card.

Your order will not be created until I receive notification of full payment – for items that are made-to-order.

If you place an order but don’t pay within 3 business days I will cancel your order. If you need more time to organise payment please let me know.


Please allow 3-5 business days before your order is shipped. If you require your order urgently please let me know via email (clare@zillpa.com) and I will try my best to expedite the process.

All orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers or Standard Australia Post, both of which have tracking included.

Please ensure your shipping address is up-to-date when placing your order.

Refunds/ Exchanges

If you find a fault with your item I can usually exchange if I am notified within 3 days. Please be aware that these are handmade items and as such, can vary slightly from the image on the website.

If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to ask, I want you to be 100% satisfied with your order.

At this time I am unable to cover the cost of re-shipping  your order.

Care Instructions

You can protect your product by spraying it with a water proofing product.
If your product gets dirty you can either hand wash it or machine wash on a gentle cold cycle inside a garment bag or pillow case. Lie flat to dry (this may take 1 to 2 days due to how thick the rope is).
If your product gets very dirty you can use a cleaning product, for example ‘Vanish’ or ‘Preen’ but please spot test first.
Do not bleach! This will eat away at the cotton rope.
